In case you don't know about it, one of the Notes accessibility features is a notes.ini setting which expands all text. It's

DISPLAY_FONT_ADJUSTMENT=n

where n is documented as the number of points to add to the fonts. I'm never sure what it really does, but playing with n usually gets something reasonable.

I use this on a Thinkpad with 14" 1400x1050 screen because the default is hard to read. I use

DISPLAY_FONT_ADJUSTMENT=1
